Best Western Plus Harrisonburg

Thank you Mike D & Victor! We had a few issues signing in for the rewards program but you both went far and beyond my expectations. My 2 year old loves the pool and her candy. The room is great and so is the upgrade. Thank you guys!!!! Y’all are the best!

If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. The level of attention to detail and accommodating my needs is unparalleled. Being from the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen this level of such excellent service. The rooms are always great & the beds are amazing.. When I call to check in, they know exactly who I am and what I need ahead of time. I’m a frequent guest and the experience is always the same. A huge shout out to Micheal and Victor that always take care of me. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Best Best Western I've ever stayed at! If breakfast is a big deciding factor for your hotel stay like it is with me, then look no further. The room was nothing special - it was comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean, the shower was quite nice (especially after a long day of driving) and there were none of the normal hotel BS you come to expect from Interstate hotels like random cigarette holes in the sheets, warped wall paper, or the faint smell of past visitors or animals. It was very adequate and due to the lack of the aforementioned griminess, it exceeded my actual expectations. However, where the room's mediocrity ends, the hotel's awesomeness starts! Their on site laundry is behind a locked door and only a buck per load. The washer is also huge so I was able to do all of my laundry in a single go. There's a gym within eyesight of the laundry so you can squeeze in your nightly workout while you wait without worrying about privacy or someone creeping on your delicates. There's also a pool right by the gym so you can swim if that's your thing. And the breakfast! Good Lord, stay my heart lol. The breakfast here - in no uncertain terms - kicked aaaassssss! They have a huge bar of food with cheese omelettes, pork sausages, fried potatoes, scones, muffins, bagels, toast, biscuits, oatmeal, juice, vitamin water, coffee, blueberry waffles, and honestly so much more. there was a huge seating area with benches and comfy seating too, easily enough for a whole family or single tables for solo travelers. I'm not joking, I had to force myself to stop eating breakfast cuz I could hardly get enough - this single hotel has made me strongly consider only using Best Western when I travel and I genuinely hope the staff gets proper recognition frequently. Other BW's I stayed at on this trip also had good breakfasts but this was leagues above even them. If breakfast is a big deciding factor for your hotel stay then look no further.

Had a last minute booking walked right in and the receptionist was an absolute peach I think her name was courtesy she was working this morning 10.13.25 around 5am is when we got in she was so nice and sweet we let her know we wouldnt be staying the hole night and would probably leave around 5pm she charged us 1 night and we got the best rest the rooms were great clean tidy and stocked. Air was on and was a nice temp when we arrived to the room as well.

We needed a hotel asap and the general manager Michael Dull was so helpful and nice on the phone helping us book a room. When we arrived we checked in with Michael and he was so kind and respectful. He was very helpful during our stay as well as the rest of the staff. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The shower felt amazing and the hot water was great. Pool water was warm and perfect kids enjoyed it! Breakfast was great and they had a great variety of food, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, cereal etc. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Virginia!!! Thank you to Michael and his wonderful staff. It was a great stay overall!!! 11/10

Right off the highway, clean, comfortable, and affordable! The front desk staff is extraordinarily on top of things. Bathroom is well stocked and sparkling. Ample hot water and great pressure! Quiet, temperature adjusted quickly to my preference. Included breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, hashed browns, cereal, yogurt, toast, and make your own waffles. What more could you want? Didn't use the indoor pool, but its there. I'd definitely stay here again!

ITS WORTH IT!!! In today's time it is so hard to find PHENOMENAL customer service! Victor went above and beyond! Michael is the general manager who is on sight and ready to make your experience one to remember, and Melinda is the regional manager who also makes sure business moves beyond smoothly!!! From their front desk, to astounding rooms, to the beautiful indoor pool; this location makes perfect for hardworking people who need a nice retreat from the everyday world! All wrapped in one beautiful establishment! I can't say enough good things about this hotel! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! BOOK, BOOK, BOOK!

Love the staff!!! They go above and beyond and my stay is always the best! I have to travel a lot to this area for work and this is by far the best accommodations. I am so thankful to have meet them and they always make me feel so welcome. They also have a wonderful breakfast
